Leasing News posted an alert regarding Brican America, Miami, Florida on October 5, being sued over its leasing portfolio sold into a bank regarding “marketing agreement” not disclosed within lease documents.

Appears like Brican America was along the route of wanting to sell facets of its lease portfolio. In doing research, Bernie found NCMIC Finance Corporation dba Professional Solutions Financial Services (PSFS), Clive, Iowa by using a claim against Brican for $38 million involving 1672 leases. He wanted Leasing News to alert readers associated with this company.

Sales while using the systems to dentists and optometrists provide advertising revenues reimbursing the purchaser for the system cost, as outlined by an ex-salesman of Brican America, as well as the suit brought by NCMIC Finance Corporation dba Professional Solutions Financial Services (PSFS), Clive, Iowa.

Seems like one of many two men behind Brican America is Jean-Francois Vincens. The operation is the same as the recent Royal Links Golf Carts leased to country clubs determined by advertising to afford the carts and perhaps even earn profits.
